We ship from Wilmington, Delaware, in plain boxes. Rates, timelines, and the return rules — all on one page, no surprises at checkout.
Discretion
Plain box, neutral sender name
Every order leaves in an unbranded corrugated box or padded mailer. No logo, no product names, no "adult" stickers on the outside.
The sender name on the label reads LGH LLC — not Ladakh, nothing suggestive. Your bank statement shows the same.
The packing slip inside has product names but no prices unless you ask us to include them, which is useful if the box is a gift.
Nothing rattles. Toys are wrapped in tissue inside the box, and heavy items are bagged separately so they don't knock against each other in transit.

Rates and delivery
Prices in USD. Rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.

- Orders placed before 1pm EST on a business day ship the same day. After 1pm, next business day.
- We ship Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery isn't offered.
- We ship to all 50 states and DC. Alaska and Hawaii are Ground-rate but run 4–7 business days.
- PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are fine with Ground.
- We don't currently ship internationally. (Canada and UK are on the roadmap; nothing dated.)
Tracking
A tracking number goes out by email when the label is created — usually within an hour of packing. If it hasn't scanned in 48 hours, email us and we'll open a trace with USPS rather than making you do it.
30-day returns
Unopened items, 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee.
Hygiene rule. Because these are intimate products, an opened toy can only be returned if it's still sealed in its inner sleeve or if it's faulty. Lubricant must be unopened and the seal intact. Lingerie is returnable if the tags are attached and it hasn't been worn against skin.
What qualifies: unopened and resalable, or defective out of the box regardless of packaging. Defects within 30 days are covered either way — return or exchange, your pick.
Not covered: opened toys sold as final sale during a clearance event, and gift cards.
How to return, in four steps
- Email hello@ladakhtouroperators.com with your order number and what's wrong. Reply comes within one business day.
- We send a prepaid USPS label. No printer? We'll mail you one, which adds two days.
- Repack in the plain box it arrived in — or any box, we're not fussy — and drop it at USPS.
- Refund hits the original payment method within 5 business days of the scan. Bank posting can take another 3–5 days on top; that part isn't ours.
Defective on arrival? Photograph it and skip the return shipping — for faults we often just send a replacement and let you keep the faulty one. Don't bother cleaning it before you write.
Packages that go missing
If tracking says delivered but it isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us within 7 days. We'll file the USPS claim. If USPS confirms the loss, we reship or refund — you don't eat it.
Wrong address
Email us before the label is created and we'll change it. After it ships, the parcel goes where it goes; USPS will return it to us and we'll re-ship at the original rate once it lands.
Sales tax
Tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination and where we're registered. Prices on product pages exclude tax.
